Massage gently over the body to create a light lather, then rinse thoroughly.

After bathing, leave skin slightly damp before moving into your moisture step.
Wet your skin thoroughly. Work a small amount of Body Wash into a lather using your hands, a soft washcloth or an African Net Sponge. Glide gently over the body, then rinse fully. Start with a little and add only as needed.
Use for regular body cleansing as your skin tolerates it. If skin feels tight or tender, reduce textured cleansing and choose a gentler approach. You do not need a Body Wash and Soap Bar in the same shower; choose the texture you enjoy.
