Dame Body Botanical Bar™
Make something that feels like you.
I bring the botanical blending table to you. Your guests learn what goes into their body care, make a blend of their own, and take home a little piece of the day.
Choose your experience
Three ways to gather and glow.
Bring your friends, plan a birthday, or invite me to your school, wellness group, corporate event, or private party.
01 · The exfoliation workshop
Build Your Own Body Scrub
Make a botanical scrub with a texture and aroma that feel like you. A favorite for birthdays, friends’ nights, school enrichment, and wellness groups.
- Learn
- See how salt grains, botanical powders, oils, and butters affect texture. Practice the light-touch approach and learn where body exfoliation fits into your shower ritual.
- Create
- Start with my prepared pink Himalayan and sea salt base blended with plant butters and oils. Choose from house-ground botanical powders such as oat, calendula, or citrus peel and finish with a curated aroma.
- Take home
- One personalized, labeled jar of body scrub with use and care guidance.
60–90 minutes · Typically 10–40 guests
$450 for up to 10 guests. $25 for each additional guest.
02 · The moisture workshop
Botanical Body Oil
Create a silky body oil for that quiet moment after the shower. A lovely fit for bridal gatherings, retreats, spa days, and team appreciation.
- Learn
- Explore what different plant oils bring to the blend and how to use body oil on slightly damp skin after a bath or shower.
- Create
- Personalize my prepared nourishing oil blend with your choice of aroma and workshop-selected dried flowers such as calendula, rose, or lavender. Ask about compatible oil-based extracts when available.
- Take home
- One personalized, labeled bottle of body oil with a simple after-shower ritual to take home.
60–90 minutes · Typically 10–35 guests
$450 for up to 10 guests. $25 for each additional guest.
03 · A private event
Private Botanical Beauty Bar
Bring the Botanical Bar™ to your party, corporate event, or retreat. A seated session gives guests time to learn together. A walk-up bar lets them blend at their own pace during a reception.
- Learn
- Explore the prepared bases and sample the botanical and aroma choices with guidance at the station.
- Create
- Choose a scrub station, a body oil station, or ask for a combination. We’ll plan the station flow around your space, schedule, and guest count.
- Take home
- One labeled scrub or oil per guest in the standard format. Ask about a second creation, custom packaging, or guest gifts.
60–90 minutes and typically 10–40 guests for a standard guided session. Walk-up timing and capacity are planned with you.
Custom quote based on headcount, service window, stations, and staffing.
Standard materials, containers, labels, and facilitation are included. Your proposal confirms take-home sizes, travel, and any upgrades.
Make it yours
Build a blend with your own personality.
Start with a professionally prepared Dame Body base. I’ll show you how to personalize it with the workshop’s curated ingredients.
Explore bright citrus, fruity, floral, warm, or fresh herbal aromas. The final menu depends on the season, venue, and what works for your group.
Give the gathering your own touch.
Ask about custom event labels, seasonal themes, larger take-home sizes, upgraded packaging, host or guest gifts, printed ritual cards, additional sessions, or a Dame Body shopping table.
Ask early about unscented or reduced-fragrance choices and ingredient accommodations so we can plan the menu together.

Your host checklist
Here’s what we each bring.
I bring the Botanical Bar.
- Prepared bases, curated ingredients, and all standard measuring and blending tools.
- Containers, labels, take-home packaging, and use and care guidance.
- Setup, hands-on instruction, and cleanup of the workshop materials.
You set the scene.
- Provide worktables, chairs, clear pathways, good lighting, nearby handwashing, and a trash receptacle. A 6-foot table usually seats four to six makers comfortably.
- Plan for about 60 minutes of setup access and 30–45 minutes for breakdown. Larger or multi-station events may need more time.
- Share parking and load-in details, venue rules, and any accessibility or supervision needs. For outdoor events, plan shade, level work surfaces, and a weather backup.

A few things hosts ask
Before we mix.
Can I book a workshop for a school or youth group?
Yes. Share the age range, group size, learning goals, and supervision plan. I’ll confirm an age-appropriate activity, materials, and pace. Teachers, chaperones, or other required support staff remain with the group. Ask for a school proposal and tell me about any vendor or purchase-order requirements.
Can you adapt the workshop for my guests?
Share mobility, seating, dexterity, hearing, vision, language, or sensory needs in advance. We can discuss seated stations, simpler steps, large-print instructions, or an adjusted pace. Please coordinate venue access and any personal support your guests require.
What if someone has an ingredient or fragrance sensitivity?
Tell me about group-level restrictions before we finalize your menu. Depending on the activity, we may be able to omit optional fragrance or botanicals. Shared materials and workspaces can carry a risk of cross-contact, so please discuss serious sensitivities with me in advance.
Can I book for more guests than the suggested group size?
Tell me how many guests will participate and how much time you have. Rotating stations, separate sessions, or extra facilitators may suit a larger group.
Where do you travel?
I’m based in Livingston, Alabama, and serve West Alabama and the Meridian and East Mississippi area. For other locations, share your venue city and ZIP so I can review availability and quote any travel costs.
What if our headcount or date changes?
Get in touch as early as you can. Your proposal and agreement explain the deadlines for adjusting the final headcount and the terms for rescheduling or canceling.
What should guests bring or wear?
Standard supplies are included. Wear comfortable clothes you can mix in, and keep food and drinks away from the blending tables. Bring any personal accessibility items you normally use.
Can guests take photos?
We’ll agree on photography before the event. Please share any venue or organization policies. Identifiable participant photos are used only with the appropriate permissions.
