Use for regular body cleansing as your skin tolerates it. If skin feels tight or tender, reduce textured cleansing and choose a gentler approach. You do not need a Body Wash and Soap Bar in the same shower; choose the texture you enjoy.
More pressure is not more glow. Pressure is not an active ingredient.™ An African Net Sponge can support this cleansing step with lather and light physical exfoliation. The Deep Exfoliating Mitt belongs in a separate periodic reset on thoroughly softened wet skin, without cleanser, soap, scrub or oil underneath.
