How to Use Your Dame

Cleanse on wet skin
Massage Body Wash over wet skin with your hands or the included cloth, then rinse thoroughly. Use daily or as needed. If using a textured cloth, keep pressure light and let your skin decide how much texture it tolerates.
Polish occasionally, with light pressure
On a scrub day, apply to clean damp skin. Massage gently in small circles over arms, legs and rough-feeling areas such as elbows and knees, then rinse thoroughly. Aim for two to three polishing days a week only if your skin is comfortable with it. Start less often when needed and let your skin set the pace. Never polish irritated, broken, sunburned or freshly shaved skin. Do not combine an intensive mitt reset and scrub in the same shower.
Choose Your Moisture
Pat gently after rinsing, leaving skin slightly damp. Choose Oil alone for a lighter finish, Butter alone for richer care, or both. When layering, apply Oil first, then Butter where you want more sealing. Both are included as options, not a daily requirement.
Finish with Scent
Apply the coordinating perfume to pulse points according to its label. Keep fragrance away from eyes, mucous membranes and irritated skin. Scent is a finish, not a reason to add more exfoliation.

Do I need to use both Oil and Butter?
No. Choose Oil, Butter or both based on your skin and preferences. When using both, apply Oil to slightly damp skin first, then Butter where desired. Both are included here.
Do I use the whole set every day?
No, Dame. Consistent care does not mean using every piece every day. Cleanse as needed and moisturize after bathing. Let scrub be an occasional moment, not an everyday habit. Two to three times weekly may suit your skin, or she may want less.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Give sensitive skin a gentle introduction. Check each ingredient list, patch test a small area and introduce formulas gradually. Botanicals and fragrance can still cause sensitivity. Skip irritated or broken skin and stop any product that causes irritation.
Can I add a Deep Exfoliating Mitt?
Use an intensive mitt reset in a separate shower from scrub. A mitt works on thoroughly softened wet skin without cleanser, soap, scrub, oil or butter underneath. The included cloth, when present, is a cleansing companion and should not be confused with a deep reset mitt.

Keep jars and caps closed, water out of your scrub and butter, and use clean hands or a dry scoop. Store away from direct heat and sunlight. Rinse your cleansing cloth, if included, and hang it fully open to dry. For external use only. Keep away from eyes, and take care on slippery bath or shower surfaces after using oil.
