How to Use Your Dame
After showering or bathing, pat gently so skin stays slightly damp, rather than dripping wet. Warm a small amount of oil between your palms, then glide over arms, legs and the body with slow, gentle strokes. Add a little more only where your skin asks for it.
Let the oil settle before dressing. Use daily, morning or evening, as your skin tolerates it. A light touch is enough. More pressure is not more glow. Pressure is not an active ingredient.™
A Little Dame Tip
Begin with Citrus + Agave Soap or Wash, then reach for your oil while your skin is still slightly damp. That small habit is where your daily glow begins.
On scrub days, rinse fully before applying your oil. Begin with one or two gentle polishing sessions weekly and adjust to your skin. Skip tender skin and keep intensive Mitt use and Scrub in separate showers.

Your Body Oil can be your moisture step on its own. Prefer a richer finish? Choose Butter instead, or apply Oil to slightly damp skin first and Butter next where you want extra sealing. Both are an option, never a requirement.

Can I use it every day?
Yes, as your skin tolerates it. Apply after bathing, morning or evening. Start with a little and add only where needed.
Should my skin be wet or dry?
Slightly damp is the sweet spot. Pat away excess water, then massage gently. You can use a little on dry skin for a moisture refresh, too.
Do I have to use Body Butter too?
Choose Oil, Butter or both. If you use both, Oil goes on slightly damp skin first, followed by Butter where you want more sealing.
What if my skin is sensitive?
Review the ingredients on your bottle, including fragrance and nut or seed oils, and patch test before first use. Stop if irritation occurs.
